Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities -**
- High volume outbound activity levels to gain new leads through various channels, including cold calling, attending meetings, and quotation follow up.
- Adhere to non-negotiable KPIs and report weekly during company wide Sales Meetings
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering our mission of 'Impeccable Service and Brand Integrity'
- Working as a team player with a can - do positive attitude - to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Staying up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
- Accurate quotation and order processing across our full range of products.
- Site Surveys
- Any other duties as necessary within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by their Line Manager.
**Willingness to learn**
- Technical knowledge of Window and Door Systems
**Person specification-**
- Proven experience in sales-based role
- Positive attitude to Sales approach i.e able to overcome objections
- Excellent communication skills
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Must hold a driving license and have a willingness to travel
**Salary**: From £28,000.00 per year
