The Rent Guarantee Scheme matches households who are threatened with homelessness with private sector landlords, facilitating safe and sustainable tenancies. With over 700 tenancies running across the Borough, our busy team make a positive difference to the lives of Reading residents every day, and no day is ever the same.

**About you**

You’ll be an effective team player as well as a highly organised lone worker, you will have an informed interest in the ever-changing property market and a sound understanding of current issues and legislation affecting private sector housing. Your commitment to outstanding customer service is essential.

You will have a proven track record of managing a complex and varied workload, and hitting targets, as well as a flexible and innovative approach to your work. You will require a full UK Driving Licence.
