**Position: Permanent - Full Time**

An excellent opportunity for an experienced **Lettings Negotiator** to join an energetic, busy, local independent sales & lettings agency.

This is a job with a market leading local Estate agent with a significant local presence and expanding property portfolio

We are looking for an individual who is looking for a strong earning opportunity, wants to raise the standards of property services for their clients and be recognized and rewarded both personally and as a part of a successful team.

**Skills: The skills required for this**Lettings Negotiator **role will include**:

- Previous lettings experience essential
- High level of customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
- Well presented
- Ambitious and Self-Motivated
- Local knowledge of the Reading area preferred
- Full driving license and car owner
