**Who are we?**

Introducing Jimmy’s Iced Coffee - the world of high-quality Rainforest Alliance certified coffee, endlessly recyclable packaging and to top it off, we’re a B Corp. Seeking world domination in the ready-to-drink Iced Coffee industry, our coffee can be found in major retailers including Tesco, Waitrose, Co-op, Sainsbury’s, Asda, Morrisons and more.

We may be 12 years into our mission to make refreshing Iced Coffee available in great fridges across the UK and beyond, but we still operate with the same ethos as when we started; an authentic, fun, passionate brand that makes refreshing ready-to-drink Iced Coffee, whilst always aiming to be better for the people and the planet.

**The job**

Our office is a hub of creativity, togetherness, and fun - oh and work, can’t forget work. As our Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for making sure everything in the office runs smoothly, our crew have everything they need to do their job, and there’s always a chilled Jimmy’s in the fridge. You will get stuck into a range of tasks and will work with colleagues across the whole business.

Your customer service skills will be utilised internally as you work closely with colleagues across the company. You will hold responsibility for the vehicle fleet management, tracking servicing, repairs, and damage. As well as distribution and maintenance of any equipment (e.g. laptops, mobiles, etc.).

- Have experience coordinating a busy workplace, prioritising multiple tasks and projects
- Be a proactive and motivated person, able to work autonomously and proactively
- Have excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong IT skills with excel, word and powerpoint
- Understanding of vehicle management and maintenance
- Be educated to minimum A-Level standard
- Hold a full/clean UK driving licence.
