Reservations Coordinator

**About the Role...**

Based from our Head Office in Purewell, Christchurch, the role will involve taking and managing both bedroom and restaurant reservations for all 14 hotels within the group in a fast paced environment, where attention to detail is key.-
- Full time - 40 hours per week; initially a 12 month contract for Maternity cover, with the potential to be extended or made permanent depending on business need
- Straight Shifts (Including Bank holidays, not Christmas day & Boxing day)
- Starting salary of £25,000, increasing to £27,000 upon successful completion of probationary period

**Skills & attributes...**
- Excellent and confident telephone manner
- Good verbal and written skills, providing a friendly yet professional tone
- Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office
- Experience in the customer service industry, having a natural flair and passion for sales
- Previous hotel reservation or call centre experience desirable but not essential as full training will be given
