We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our Quality Assurance team.

As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of all QA documents. You will play a crucial role in maintaining QA documentation and ensuring that all documentation is easily accessible for the QA team and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the day to day maintenance of the Documentation section of the Quality Management system, including the control of all local Quality Management systems and manufacturing documents.
- Co-ordinate the review and approval of on line documents that form part of the companies Quality Management system.
- Ensure latest issue product documentation is available for manufacturing including Engineering/Document Change control
- Updating and supporting customers with production and Quality documentation including Certificates of analysis.
- Review, organize and maintain all project documents, including technical reports, drawings, contracts, and correspondence.
- Ensure proper naming conventions and document control procedures are followed to maintain consistency and accuracy based on Good Documentation Practices
- Track project deliverables and maintain accurate records of document revision history.
- Monitor compliance with document control procedures and provide recommendations for improvements when necessary.
- Work closely with project teams to provide document control support, including reviewing and verifying documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required documents.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and other project-related documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control, preferably in a Production environment.
- Knowledge of document control procedures and processes.
- Experience working with document management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £10.84 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
