About the role

What you need to know:
As a Client Executive you will manage the relationships of several assigned major accounts and support the Client Directors with the servicing needs of AIG's most strategic major clients. To ensure that AIG are the clients’ preferred market in the Major client space.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure retention of existing business within assigned portfolio
- Deliver annual cross selling / new business production budget (in line with set objectives)
- Help create effective connectivity between Client Engagement and Multinational Centre of Excellence (MCoE)
- Ensure the Client Engagement team maintain updated client intelligence and healthy Pipeline in Salesforce
- Develop relationships with each of the major broking houses to ensure AIG are well positioned in receiving submissions and on bind to quote ratios
- Ensure Client Engagement are actively engaged in business initiatives (esp with PCs, Claims and Marketing).
- Ensure AIG retain business, win new revenue and the brokers understand AIG’s proposition and AIG understand the broker
- Help create effective connectivity between Client Management and Claims Department, especially Claims Account Relationship Managers (CARMs)

What we’re looking for:

- Commercial insurance experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proven interpersonal skills
- Sales and developmental experience
- Good profile and reputation in London commercial market
- Experience in servicing large corporate and multinational clients
- ACII preferable (or studying towards)
Presentational skills
- Service leadership experience
- Academic degree level (preferable)
- Experience in handling multinational accounts
