Here at Bristol Street Motors, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Advisor to come and join our Service Centre in Harlow.

We are offering a basic salary up to £33,000 depending on experience plus company benefits.

Franchised Brands of Peugeot, Citroen, DS Automobiles and Vauxhall are all covered and our stand-alone service facility is fully Franchise Accredited and equipped to a high level and with the very latest technology to complete the service, maintenance, and repairs on the full range of passenger car and LCVs from all of these Franchises.

The Service Centre is also responsible for the mechanical preparation of all the New and Used Vehicle stock for the Main Dealership (around 1,200 units per annum).

The Service Centre hosts a Drive-In Service Lane, a 20 bay workshop, Customer Lounge, Service Reception, Operational Offices, Meeting Rooms and a Parts Department. With room for development and a team hungry for success, bring your experienced leadership skills to the table and shape the future of our service operations.

The Service Advisor role is one of the most exciting and important roles in our dealership. Like us, you know that customer service isn’t just about providing a service - its about building warm, trusted relationships. The role holder acts as the relationship manager between the customer and the workshop, ensuring our customer satisfaction levels are outstanding.

You will be responsible for setting customer expectations and keeping in touch with them throughout the service or repair of their vehicle, up selling additional products and follow-up with the customer to ensure they are happy with the work carried out.

Previous experience within a Service Advisor role in the motor industry is preferred.
