It goes without saying that our clients expect simplicity, ease, pace and most importantly personalised service, tailored to their needs, when they visit us.
That’s where the role of Private Shopping Stock Controller comes in, our team are responsible for the quality control of all stock coming in and out of the department. You will be responsible for supporting our team of Shoppers to deliver the absolute highest quality of product in every appointment.
About the role

Within this exciting role there is a lot you will be responsible for on a day to day basis, below are just a few of the things you will be faced with:
- Assisting the Private Shoppers with signing in/out stock using our tailored system (SAP).
- Stock room management, including maintaining an organised stockroom.
- Stock quality control of all product coming in and out of the department.
- Stock investigations, including missing or damaged items.
About you
To excel in this role you will have the following experiences and knowledge:
- Experience working in a luxury setting is desirable, but not essential.
- Confident use of SAP or Stock management systems.
- Working in a fast paced environment and able to adapt to any situation.
- Clear and precise communication
