Established in 2021, we’re on a mission to be known as Hertfordshire’s number one lettings agent and we have quickly built a strong reputation for our high-quality, responsive services.

We’re looking for a **Lettings Negotiator** to work closely with the Director on attracting new landlords to the **M A S O N S**brand. You’ll play a key role in all business development and marketing initiatives from SEO to social media advertising, contacting cold leads to nurturing warm leads and valuing rental properties to conducting viewings.

**Who we’re looking for**:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a fast-paced customer-focussed environment. You’ll be tech savvy, have an eye for detail and be capable of solving problems whilst ensuring the customer experience is at the heart of what you do.

To be considered for this role, you must drive and be flexible to carry out viewings/valuations occasionally outside of business hours.

**What we offer**

**Job duties**
- Nurturing relationships with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other estate agents.
- Providing rental valuations on properties within North Hertfordshire.
- Conducting viewings and negotiating rental terms.
- General office support, responding to leads and general enquiries.

**Application process**
