Lettings Consultant

**M A S O N S** is an independent letting agency, specialising in residential lettings and property management services across Hertfordshire.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- You must have a full UK driving licence with access to a reliable car.
- You must have at least 5 years experience in a customer facing role.
- Be able to work some evenings and weekends, although this is occasional and shared with the team.
- Be highly organised and attentive to detail.
- Be confident in making outbound calls with the ability to close a deal.
- Highly self-motivated.

**Job duties**
- Conducting viewings with tenants and passing feedback onto the landlords.
- Carrying out property marketing such as photography and floorplans.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing landlords and tenants.
- Assisting with property administrative tasks such as, tenancy renewals, lettings move in process and maintenance.
