Ryton Infant

**Initially we are looking for mid day supervisors to join us on a zero hour contract to be called upon as needed however a permanent position is available from September 2023. This contract will be for 75 mins a day ie 61/4 hours a week during term time**

The Executive Headteacher and Governing body of Ryton Infant and Junior School Federation are seeking to appoint to a pool of Midday Supervisors.

Our Midday Supervisors are an integral part of our school community with the responsibility for the welfare and safety of our children during lunchtimes.

During the lunchtime you will work both in the dining halls and the outdoor play areas alongside other Midday Supervisors. Teamwork is a key element of this role as you will also be required to work with all members of the school team.

Whilst a qualification in childcare is beneficial it is not essential. We are looking for someone passionate about helping children to build positive relationships and demonstrate good behaviour so that the lunchtime experience is enjoyable for everyone.

You will be required to undertake First Aid Training and be confident in dealing with minor injuries and emergency situations.
