Working as part of a wider team the post holder must exercise initiative to organise their own workload (and that of others) within defined deadlines facilitating an efficient and effective patient pathway.

**Some of the key elements are**:
- Responsible for all aspects of personal assistant support, working to optimum levels in terms of efficiency and organisatiom
- Produce high quality reports within agreed deadlines, as required.
- To undertake office duties including complex diary management.
- Production and collation of complex and sensitive documents
- Facilitate meetings/investigations/disciplinaries including venue booking, refreshments, producing and circulating agendas, recording attendance and minute taking.
- Ensure actions resulting from all meetings and other working parties are time-lined and undertaken.
- To co-ordinate away days, conference and other events as required.

Ensure sickness, study and annual leave is recorded on ESR & E-rostering.

The main duties of this role are to provide Personal Assistance to the Operational Manager and Clinical Lead to assist them in managing their day-to -day duties. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the wider team. This includes:
- Managing all aspects of personal assistant support, working to optimum levels in terms of efficiency and organisation.
- Manage databases and use various sources to collect and monitor information; to assist with the collection, input and provision of statistical data as required; and to extract and manipulate data to support audits, outcome measures and research within the department.
- Facilitate the organisation of meetings/investigations/disciplinaries including venue booking, refreshments, producing and circulating agendas, recording attendance and accurate minute taking and undertake necessary follow-up action within appropriate timelines
