**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts focused on broker feed support. Provide guidance and support to ensure team effectiveness and productivity.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and prioritize goals, objectives, and strategies for the broker feeds support team.
- Oversee the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents related to brokerage account connections, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Validate system-generated outcomes against expected data provided by clients, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Liaise with other departments, developers, and product owners to address corrective actions or workarounds for incident resolution.
- Provide assistance and guidance to brokers and clients in establishing connections for brokerage accounts.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to established processes and procedures, implementing improvements as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting professional growth and development opportunities for team members.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, progress, and key metrics to management and stakeholders.

**To Qualify this Role, You Must Have**:

- Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for a concentration in technology or finance.
- Five (5) years of experience in providing technical and operational support in troubleshooting and problem-solving in the financial sector.
- Proficient analytical skills and adept at resolving issues through troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with financial concepts, including understanding transactions, holdings, and securities

- Proven experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Understanding of financial concepts, including transactions, holdings, and securities.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of financial concepts, brokerage operations, and trading platforms.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Ideally, You’ll Also Have**:

- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisor role
- Technical Proficiency in SQL
