Production Co-ordinator

Kidderminster, United Kingdom DRP Full time

The art of making 'anything possible' has been at the core of our culture for four decades. We began as a small video production team back in 1980, and through our 'anything's possible' philosophy, spent the next 40 years growing exponentially into the global creative communications agency you see today.

A lot has changed since 1980, but we’re still just as passionate now as we were when we were shooting wedding videos. We’re a little bit bigger, wiser, better and still improving, but we retain everything that made us special when we were little.

**DRPG**’s roots are certainly here in the English countryside, but we’re now part of a much bigger family that provides services across the entire planet. With offices in the UK & Ireland, Germany and the US, we can give global clients the same experience that has made us so popular here in the UK.

**Your reason for being here**

Everyone has a purpose here at DRPG and yours is central to our award-winning Film and Animation teams. You’re the glue that keeps projects together, making sure our incredible films go from development to delivery as smoothly as possible.

**The way you roll**

You’re super organised and love planning. Nothing can phase you or put you off course - you take every bump in the road in your stride. People tend to describe you as calm and confident, and trust that you’ll always get any task done on time and with mínimal fuss.

You’re really passionate about your career in production management and are eager to progress in a fast-paced environment.

**How you make it all possible**
- Arranging all travel, accommodation, permits and visas for shoots
- Crewing productions
- Preparing, updating and distributing call-sheets for shoots
- Creating purchase orders
- Managing the freelance supplier database
- Undertaking other tasks, including general administrative duties, as may be required from time to time

This list is not exhaustive, and you will be expected to work flexibly and undertake other such duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require.

**What’s in your toolbox**
- Previous experience as a production co-ordinator or similar (essential) in a busy production environment
- Experience using production management resource software
- Confident use of the MS suite of products
- Excellent organisational skills
- A 'can-do', calm and positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

**Get to know us**

We’re one of the most unexpectedly all-round capable communications agencies that’s been on the go for years - ever since our head honcho set up shop in a shed back in 1980, in fact.

Since then, we’ve made it our mission to make anything possible for our many and varied clients, putting our creative flair into delivering strategic communication campaigns, digital solutions, film and videos, events, exhibitions, and a whole lot more in between. We’ve grown a lot, but we’ve kept everything that made us great, back from the very day we first started out. Our global HQ and largest studios are smack bang in the middle of the UK and well worth a visit to see for yourself

**Hang on, there’s more**

The role will be based primarily in Hartlebury, but there will be times when you’ll need to work from our other places and undertake other related commercial duties both in the UK and overseas. Flexibility is key

We’re a friendly team. We really, really welcome anyone who wants to become part of a brilliant company. If you’re passionate with a cracking drive to deliver on our ‘anything’s possible’ mindset, we’d love to hear from you

**DRPG is an equal opportunities employer**

**Data Security **(not super exciting, but necessary)

At all times you must work within the guidelines set out in the DRPG Information Security Policy and your Employee Confidentiality Agreement. Failure to do so may be treated as gross misconduct.

You must also work within the guidelines set out in DRPG’s Health & Safety Policy and Team Handbook.

**Benefits**:

- Canteen
- Casual dress
- Company pension
- Cycle to work scheme
- Enhanced maternity leave
- Enhanced paternity leave
- Health & wellbeing programme
- On-site parking
- Referral programme
- Sick pay

Schedule:
