Your company is a Supported Living Provider for Adults with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health and Autism. This Company has services in London and Hertfordshire. All services have a CQC rating of 'Good'. They design a personalised servicefor each individual. It is tailored to the service user's needs.
**Your new role**
As a new Deputy Manager, you will be mainly office-based work (admin), but care work, where necessary, would also be scheduled. You may be required to travel to services across Hertfordshire as part of your role.
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will need a NVQ Level 3
