- SCI291123- As RAI UK’s Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) and Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) Coordinator, you will be based at the Institute of Mental Health (Jubilee Campus) within the School of Medicine and Computer Science, but working in partnership with an operations team based across three institutions (I.e., University of Nottingham, University of Southampton and Kings College London).

To be successful you will have proven experience of planning and coordinating events, running workshops and training activities and significant stakeholder engagement.

You will be responsible for:

- Coordinating a programme of EDI and RRI events
- Leading the planning, coordination and delivery of RAI UK’s EDI and RRI activities in conjunction with the EDI and RRI Director and AI UK Delivery Team
- Developing new EDI and RRI resources in collaboration with academics and our partners
- Developing effective working relationships with RAI UK partners, internal teams, industrial and other relevant external organisations
- Producing management information, reports, briefings and presentations to inform and update on RAI UK activities to our partners and the wider public
- Actively seeking opportunities for outreach activities.

This role is offered on a permanent with underlying funding basis until 31st March 2028. Hours of work are part time (18.45 hours). With prior notice, the post holder will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
