That’s why we are looking for Scrum Masters to coach and mentor team members in agile practices, whilst also being able to make tough decisions and hold team members accountable.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:

- Removes impediments escalated by squads and helps squads improve over time to reach high performance.
- Builds key relationships with other squads internal and external to the domain.
- Co-ordinates dependencies and risks to delivery and ensure alignment on progress and impediments.
- Support Group & Domain SME’s when needed and attend/ facilitate all squad level ceremonies.
- Coaches squads and product owners on their responsibilities such as: Maintaining a healthy Epic & User Story backlog / roadmap, clearly cascading information to the squads, facilitating stakeholder engagement as needed to assist the PO.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- An understanding of agile principles and practices
- Experience of managing complex Projects/Products across multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience leading and coaching team transformations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong business and commercial acumen
