**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Over the past 18 months JLR has been invested in driving a cultural transformation across the organisation. As part of this continued investment, and journey, the business is recruiting for Scrum Masters across multiple functions.

**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Help teams plan work through focussed and engaging meetings and ensure Product Owners are focussed on the correct goals as well as help the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items.
- Support the team with removing barriers that are slowing the team down causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress.
- Coaching teams and individuals so that they demonstrate the Agile values and principles.
- Act as a servant leader to the team and wider organisation, advocating the importance of the Agile values and principles in all the decisions made.
- Help the scrum team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definition of Done.

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED**
- Experience of managing workstreams with Agile processes / methodologies - such as in a DevOps, Scrum, SAFe environment etc.
- Experience of using Agile tools for example JIRA, Confluence and collaboration tools.
- Ability to manage complex projects / products across diverse teams across global locations.
- Understanding of high-quality user stories and how to drive to a satisfactory MVP.
- Independent mindset with an appreciation of what ‘better’ looks like - able to suggest improvements to existing products, processes, or ways of working.
