**Content, Communications and Marketing Lead**

**Main Purpose**:
To coordinate and promote CreditNature marketing content, promotions, actions, and value proposition to all stakeholders via a range of media including websites, socials and collateral.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain CreditNature’s brand and reputation on an international scale by executing against a multi-channel marketing and communications plan.
- Coordinate the strategic delivery of impactful and high-quality content across channels.
- Create compelling media and content suitable to all stakeholders.
- Maintenance and update of all CreditNature owned marketing, sales and social media channels.
- Create and execute a strategic weekly and monthly content strategy.
- Secure, plan and co-ordinate participation in high-level events and initiatives that are shaping nature recovery markets.
- Communicate with the public about the organisation's nature finance initiatives.
- Maintain and share knowledge of trends and developments in the field of nature finance, rewilding, and ecosystem recovery to ensure the organisation's offerings remain competitive and relevant.
- Ensure all communications and marketing efforts comply with regulations and guidelines specific to the nature finance sector.
- Attend key conferences, events, and meetings.
- Support the entire team in all areas identifying opportunities to promote and communicate CreditNature’s products and services.
- Contract and project-manage external providers e.g. website, PR, marketing, and content services.

**About you**:
You will ideally have the ability to brand-build by talking about technical and scientific concepts to different audiences. You will be able to demonstrate experience of strategic marketing, communication plans and social media campaigns. Ideally you will have worked with third party providers or be able to evidence working with stakeholders. A good working knowledge of nature and environmental policy and desire to contribute to nature recovery will be advantageous. Experience of a start-up or demonstratable experience or flexible thinking will be essential.

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- A bachelor's degree in an environmental science, business administration, finance, marketing or a related field.

**Desirable**
- Active membership, or evidence of working towards membership, in professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) or the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
- A master's degree or relevant professional qualification.

**Salary**: £32,000

Location: Hybrid - preferably Edinburgh, Scotland. Applicants for Harwell Innovation Centre, Oxfordshire will be considered, with requirement to travel to Edinburgh; either location combined with home working in a hybrid contract.
