**Customer Service Call Centre Agent (Inbound)**
**Warrington (WA4)**
**£20,600 - £21,800 + Bonus**
**Monday to Friday**
**All shifts between 8.30am and 5.30pm**

**Start Dates**: 14th February or 28th February

We are currently recruiting for a global organisation, they are looking for customer focused individuals to join their growing Customer Service Team based in Warrington. Within the role you will receive full training (fully paid) and career development.
- The office is easily commutable - located within walking distance of both Warrington train stations, on all main bus routes and offering free on-site parking._

**Role**:

- Answering inbound calls from customers
- Resolving any questions and queries
- Dealing with billing enquiries
- Suggesting the most suitable product/service to the customer
- Handling any complaints - aiming for a 1st time resolution
- Support customers
- Update any account details
- Working on the phone/computer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,600.00-£23,000.00 per year
