Are you a Credit Controller looking for a new challenge?
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a well-established and market leading business based in Woolpit that has experienced growth.
**Salary**: £ Negotiable
Hours: Mon-Fri (08:30-17:00)
Holiday: 20 days + Bank Holidays
Key Job Responsibilities
Reporting into the Finance Manager, your duties will include:
- Outbound calls to ensure debts are paid in a timely manner
- Posting of customers payments
- Allocating daily cheques/BACS to correct customer accounts
- Requesting remittance advices from customers/depots
- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Ensuring that all request statements are sent within a timely manner
- Copy invoice requests
- Supporting the Accounts team
- Dealing with sales ledger queries as a part of team
- Credit checking new and existing customers
What are we looking for?
- Previous Credit Control experience essential
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft and accountancy software
- Excellent relationships with internal colleagues and external clients
- High attention to detail in return you will be offered a very competitive salary with outstanding benefits
