Job Title: Credit Controller
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Greene King. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the company's credit and collections activities, ensuring timely payment from customers and minimizing bad debt.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's credit and collections activities, including sending invoices, following up on payments, and negotiating payment plans with customers.
- Monitor and analyze customer creditworthiness, identifying potential risks and taking proactive steps to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution of any issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and finance teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, payments, and creditworthiness.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize credit and collections operations, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in credit and collections, with a strong understanding of credit management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in credit management software a plus.
