We are looking for an Recruitment Consultant to join our team and help us continue to grow E&G Recruitment with a clear progression path to senior recruitment consultant. We are a multiple sector recruitment agency so you will have the ability to oversee warm established desks but also the freedom to branch off if you have a passion for another market.

You will be a great communicator and have an excellent eye for detail, as well as a natural ability to build trust. You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, take initiative and make decisions.

To be considered for this position you must have:

- Proven experience in recruitment
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
- A strong customer service background
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent knowledge of the industry
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise
- The ability to use initiative and make decisions
- A drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
