Sales Progressor, Wantage

£25,000 to £30,000 + bonus - great opportunity

Our client is an established business of Estate Agents, Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Consultants. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Sales Progressor to join their friendly team within offices based in the central Wantage.

Once the sales has been agreed, your role is to see it through to completion, full training will be provided for the right person. This is a busy and varied role, where you will take ownership of your own portfolio of clients to progress sales from the point of offer through to completion.

Your main duties will include:

* Preparing correspondence and ensuring relevant documentation is sent to all parties as appropriate

* Co-ordinating communication between vendors, buyers, Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Brokers, and Mortgage Providers

* Proactively monitoring the progress of sales and ensuring all follow up actions are carried out in a timely manner

* Offering support and solutions-based advice to vendors and buyers to ensure a smooth process

* Recording and maintaining up to date information on our CRM system

* Providing general administrative and telephone support within the office

Your skills and experience:

* Previous experience in sales progression within an estate agency business is preferred but not essential as training can be provided

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* Ability to plan, multi-task and work with ever changing priorities to ensure deadlines are met

* A proactive approach, together with the ability to resolve issues as they arise.

* Experience of working on a CRM system is desirable.
