Groundline is looking for a Project Coordinator to join it's global, industry leading team of engineers. The role will be responsible for the effective internal coordination of project management between the delivery departments. The projects coordinator is to work with a number of different engineers and technicians to ensure that projects are delivered on time, to budget and are managed inline with the company standards.

**As part of this role you will undertake the following activities**:

- To coordinate the delivery of projects between departments.
- To constantly communicate between team members to ensure the timely flow of information between teams
- To identify project delivery risks as an individual project, and how they affect the overall programme.
- To ensure change is identified and controlled.
- To implement and use project delivery feedback to continuously improve internal processes
- To organise resources to effectively deliver each project and the overall programme of works
- Be aware of resource, peaks, troughs and the requirement for works to ensure high efficiency
- Report to the Operations Team the requirement for work
- Understand projects risks, and how that impacts future work acceptance
- Review wins and losses and understand how their outcome had been achieved
- Keep good records and be able to report accurately as and when required

**Some key tasks to deliver the activities will be**:

- To create and modify project programmes, and understand how they interact with each other.
- To organise and chair start up and close-outs of projects.
- Action lessons learnt.
- To input into the master programme, and identify risks to resource availability
- Consult with the Operations Manager to made pipeline and opportunity calls
- Use project management software to identify, track and deliver as per the budget

**Experience required**:

- Experience in Microsoft Project and managing multiple projects
- Experience in consulting organisations
- Experience in dealing with teams and/or departments
- Commercial understanding of scope change

**Benefits**:

- £32,000 - £38,000 per annum. Starting salary based upon experience.
