About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Administrator to join our team at Atkins Search Limited. As a Project Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including setting up meetings, booking meeting rooms, and arranging Teams meetings.
  • Ensure that all company policies, processes, and systems are applied and adhered to.
  • Assist with the day-to-day process for Human Resources, including typing of meeting minutes and monitoring of project documentation.
  • Support and assist with the introduction of new systems and processes.
Requirements
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages.
  • Minimum of 3 years administration experience.
  • Good time management with the ability to multitask.
  • Desire to understand and promote the company purpose, vision, values, and culture.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and personable.
