We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Support Administrator to join our team at Atkins Search Limited. As a Project Support Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to project teams, including setting up meetings, booking meeting rooms, and arranging Teams meetings.
- Ensure that all company policies, processes, and systems are applied and adhered to.
- Assist with the day-to-day process for Human Resources, including typing of meeting minutes and monitoring of project documentation.
- Support and assist with the introduction of new systems and processes.
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages.
- Minimum of 3 years administration experience.
- Good time management with the ability to multitask.
- Desire to understand and promote the company purpose, vision, values, and culture.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and personable.
- Highly competitive salary, £23,000 - £24,000.
- Flexible working approach with a relaxed, yet professional environment.
- 25 days holiday (3 days for Christmas shutdown) + statutory holidays.
