**Job Type**: Full-time 40hrs a week

**Starting pay**:£19,760 (£9.50ph) - £24,960 (£12.00ph) depending of experience and skill set

**Work Hours**: Monday-Friday 8:30pm 5:30pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break) Flexibility around School hours can be discussed prior to interview.

**Holiday entitlement**:28 days

This position will be the first point of contact for Flow-Right customers and will provide general administrative support across the company. Data inputting, updating of tasks and quality control will also play an important part within this position.

You will be working directly with the operations manager to help coordinate engineers, parts and equipment to help maximise customer satisfaction and profitability.

**Person Specification**

Flow-Right is seeking a person who enjoys showing professionalism at work, listens well to those around them and that is able to work independently using their own initiative. This individual must be able to act and carry out admin duties quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail. Perhaps more importantly however, they need to be organised, have a thorough approach and have excellent typing, literacy, grammar and spelling skills.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- First point of contact for customers
- Exceptional customer care
- Responsible for updating jobs on internal systems
- Raising of jobs and allocating jobs to engineers
- System data checks
- Dealing with customer queries
- Data inputting
- Ensuring all information sent out is correct and meets the company’s high standards

**Qualifications/Experiences & Skills/Abilities**
- IT/Business or equivalent qualification (Desirable but not essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- PC literate - fast Keyboard and typing skills
- Highly proficient in quality and error checking
- Ability to work to deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling skills
- Excellent time management skills and reliable
- Excellent phone manner
- Experience of delivering exceptional customer care/service
- Previous experience within a customer facing role
- Previous experience of working in an administrative role
- Previous exposure to the industry is desirable but not essential.
