ABOUT US

Housed inside the creative hub that is 'The Collective', in the centre of bustling Leeds, this mínimally decorated spot. Offering thoroughly modern, clever cooking.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve our menus to Michelin Guide level and knowledge
- Spark conversation with our guests to get to know them and their preferences. Ably answering their questions.
- Turning guests into regulars and even friends.
- Taking orders and payments at the till and then fulfilling those orders - including food and drinks.
- Playing a part in having a happy team and working on periodical events at nights/weekends
- Staying up to date with what’s happening at Collective Inc and talking to your manager about any great ideas you have.
- Ensuring Health & Safety standards are always met.
- Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Engage with guests to talk about our range of products and enquiries regarding interior design.

- Hospitality: 2 years (required)
- Fine Dining: 1 year (essential)
