We are looking to recruit a Lead Practitioner to join our within our Community Assessment and Treatment Service, based at the East Brighton Community Mental Health Centre, Brighton General Hospital.

We are a large Multi-Disciplinary Team looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, or Social Workers with experience of working with people with complex mental health conditions in a relevant setting.
- Main duties of the job
- You will be part of supportive multi-disciplinary team within the wider Assessment and Treatment Service. Our teams are made up of Consultant Psychiatrists, Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Psychologists, Support Workers, Employment Specialists, and Administrators.
- You will have a varied, fast paced and crucial role in supporting patient journey. The role is highly rewarding but can at times be challenging with competing demands.
- You will have access to monthly high quality supervision from a clinical lead, as well as continuous frequent support on offer through multi-disciplinary meetings and other forums.
- You will have access to, and be encouraged to attend internal/external training opportunities to further develop your skills and experience in a community mental health setting.
- You will be part of a team who value staff wellbeing and moral with regular opportunities for coming together in informal ways e.g. through monthly tea and cake breaks, as well as more structured but fun based team away days.
- You will be based in Brighton and Hove which is a vibrant and exciting place to live and work, offering the perfect balance between city life, and opportunities for enjoying the South Downs National Park and the seaside for relaxation.
