Be At One is built by bartenders and our goal is not only to train you to become the best bartender you can be, but to guide you into being a leader You just need a great personality and a natural ability to deliver service in a way that makes a night out something to remember

Welcome and engage every guest  Prepare and serve our high-quality drinks and cocktails  Make recommendations that elevate guest experiences  Maintain a clean & safe environment for guests and colleagues  Work in a team that raises the standard in bartending 

To be considered for this position you must be at least 18 years old as it involves the sale of alcohol.

Be At One, Brighton is in a prime location. It is a stone’s throw from the beach, pier, local taxi rank, the bustling North Laines area, and directly opposite the Old Steine. Brighton is one of our BEST party cocktail bars, and one of the original Be At Ones to first open outside of London. It is a site that is a rock in the community and fills its doors at the weekend. It is a powerful venue split over two floors with staff in the driving seat who not only know a thing or two about cocktails but also know how to deliver a fun night.
