**Consumer Data Platform Product Owner**

**Location**:London
**Length**:ASAP until June 2023
**Rate**: £352-387 per day (inside IR35)
**Hours**: 9am - 6pm

What is Digital & Technology (D&T)? D&T delivers change to all our client’s markets and functions. A CDP Product Owner will lead a Team with a complex multi geography/ functional/ process/ system footprint, often introducing transformative ways of working for our business. Risk to business operations, change impact, and compliance/controls is high.

**Purpose of Role**:

- Lead matrixed, cross-functional, teams to deliver the product vision for the Consumer Data Platform (CDP)
- Own the product roadmap and evolution collaborating leaders and business customers
- Provide thought leadership in presenting and interpreting analytics benefits and securing buy-in from stakeholders
- Ensure the utilisation and adoption of the Consumer Data Platform
- Cultivate a continuous learning environment within the team and analytics community through persistent development of new skills and sharing of knowledge through mentorships and contributions to the open source community
- Manage and navigate through both business and technical interdependencies
- Ensure that insights generated through sophisticated consumer data translate into impact at scale for the business

**Leadership Responsibilities / Key Stakeholders**:

- Product Management - create and manage a product vision including defining and prioritizing features and capabilities
- Delivering performance - move effectively between strategy and operational detail
- Create Possibilities - proven track record in delivering value through best-in-class Consumer Analytics
- Influencing across a matrixed organisation - creating outstanding teamwork and alignment
- Creating Possibilities - Energise and inspire others to deliver outstanding results

**Top Accountabilities**:

- Global implementation and rollout of the CDP
- Identify potential opportunities to generate business value from consumer data and insights
- Provide analysis as input to business cases including ROI
- Provide guidance and ongoing improvements in various areas such as methodology, product evolution, business process change, benefits measurement
- Draw on excellent business domain knowledge and advanced analytics proficiency to bridge the gap in expertise between business stakeholders and technical teams and be a credible partner to both the Data Sciences function as well as business decisionmakers
- Provide consulting/ planning on implementation of analytics products into business processes and impact measurement

**Preferred Knowledge/Skills**:

- Previous CDP implementation experience
- Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform
- Understanding of the efforts required in the various stages of technology implementation projects (Pre-integration, Transition, Development, and Expansion)
- Understanding of business strategy and operations to identify business activities and processes that would be more efficient with specific solutions
- Contributing to the solution functionality strategy, alignment, and roadmap for Marketing and Communications to promote a consistent framework and approach
- Working with stakeholders to establish all responsibilities are met in a timely manner to achieve a successful release
- Performing project management processes and deliverables following a standard global project methodology
- Managing the resolution of product backlog
- Providing input into the decision-making process for the broader scope
