My client a leading name within the Hospitality industry is seeking a Team Administrator to be based within the IT Dept

**Key responsibilities**:

- Managing daily incidents and problems
- Maintaining existing, and developing new, reports - in line with business requirements
- Providing functional support to users
- Taking ownership of issues and liaising with third-party suppliers when required
- setting up new customers
- Assisting in project activities, when required

**Key skills and experience**
- Excellent communications skills (both on the telephone and face to face), when dealing with colleagues
- Ability to work as part of an established team.
- Good problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail
- Able to multi-task

Self-motivated and flexible

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
