Public Health Care Navigator

Are you passionate about improving sexual health awareness and access to services? Join our dedicated Central Access Team (CAT) as a public health care navigator
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the delivery of sexual health clinics across east Kent and Medway by providing information about services, increasing public awareness, and booking appointments.
- Work remotely for 20 hours per week over 4 days, flexibility within service hours required to ensure team coverage and patient support.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent communication skills, especially in virtual platforms.
- Ability to demonstrate sensitivity, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards patients.
- Experience is beneficial but not mandatory; we value individuals committed to our mission.
