**Vacancy: Referrals Co-ordinator**

**Wellness International Ltd have an exciting opportunity for a Referrals Co-ordinator to join their team.**

**Location**: Dakota House, Concord Business Park, M22 0RR, near Manchester Airport.
**Salary**: Depending on experience, plus bonus scheme and fantastic staff benefits.

**This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours Monday - Friday, based in office.**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a focused individual to join our growing Referrals Team as we support our expanding client base.

**The ideal applicant must have strong administrative and organisation skills with previous experience in clinical diary management, and previous experience working with patients and wider stakeholders.**

**The duties and responsibilities of the role will include but not limited to**:

- Responsibility for the management referral process from a starting point of receiving the referral, to sending the report and completing the case.
- Ensuring quality is maintained at all levels.
- Work as a team leader to support the wider team.
- Day to day management of client needs and queries.
- Running daily, and monthly reports from our occupational health software.
- Monthly auditing in line with company audit schedule.
- Being the point of contact for external clinicians.
- Resource management of external third-party providers.
- Escalation of any delays to the referral pathway or any shortfalls in clinic capacity.
- Any other administrative tasks deemed necessary as part of the role.
- Professional and competent telephone and communication skills, along with an adept understanding and knowledge of both Microsoft office and patient databases are essential. Previous experience in HR or Occupational health settings would also be beneficial.
