The Well Women Centre is delighted to be in a position to recruit for this exciting role which will ultimately support us to better meet the needs of women in Wakefield.

We are recruiting for a Pathway Coordinator to support operational coordination client referrals both internal and external.

In this role you will support the Services Manager to implement and develop the centre’s referral procedures and both external and internal pathways. You will also support with coordinating a well-established and robust safeguarding structure which is dynamically supported by our team of Safeguarding Leads. You will have scheduled and designated Safeguarding Lead duties and you will offer support to colleagues at the centre to enhance client pathways. In this role there is an expectation that you will have the ability to work effectively to support women with multiple and complex needs and you will have flexibility to liaise with other services, attend MDT meetings, and nurture partner relationships.
