**PMP Utilities**, part of M Group Services, is recruiting for a **Commercial Administrator** based out of our office Burnley, working alongside our specialist engineering teams who work nationally.

PMP Utilities is a member of the **Water Division** of M Group Services. The leading essential infrastructure services provider operating within water, energy, transport and telecommunication across the UK & Ireland.

We work on hydraulics, rotating equipment, Victorian and modern plant and machinery, large diameter valves and pipework fittings, treatment plants Raw, Potable waste and predominantly within the Water Industry and we need to fault find and provide, sometimes, bespoke solutions to solve problems.

**As the Commercial Administrator your duties & responsibilities will be**:

- To assist the Commercial Manager with the Commercial Management of PMP
- Work across the PMP team to track cost and value delivery of projects, ensure reporting is maintained to production of monthly Cost and Value Review
- General Administration, such as managing contract records and assisting with the production of statistical and financial reporting
- Work with Shared Services to manage Invoices, Subcontract payments, Labour, Plant and Material returns
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders
- Undertake any other work as reasonably required of you by the Commercial Manager

**Skills & Knowledge Requirements**
- Excellent IT skills / Microsoft Office proficient (in particular Microsoft Excel)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to proactively plan and work to multiple deadlines
- Good communication skills, with the ability to engage successfully with stakeholders at all levels of PMP and supporting Morrison Teams
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately compile data and information to produce reliable outputs
- Numerate and comfortable working with numbers and financial information
- Confident and positive, committed and enthusiastic, strong team worker
- Prior experience in a Commercial role and/or in the M&E, Construction/Civils or Water sectors preferred but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
