The Network Control team provides risk/control support and governance to the Network teams within Core Technology and Infrastructure (CTI), ensuring adherence to the Bank of America risk framework.

As a Business Control Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of risk management including issue and audit management, escalation, and reporting. You will provide advice to all Networks teams to ensure adherence to Enterprise Standards and Policies, and to all applicable Laws, Rules and Regs. You will act as an escalation point and will provide appropriate challenge.

**The Team**

Networks is part of the CTI organisation, and is responsible for designing, building, and operating Bank of America's global data network and managing our technology partnerships to maximize our strategic business value. Network’s scope includes connectivity, switching, routing, load balancing, firewall, proxy, access and authentication, malware protection, tools/telemetry, network software development, and domain name system/Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)/ IP address management. In addition, Networks manages key Enterprise supplier strategic relationships and commercial events across the TIS technology portfolio.

Network Control is a growing team looking for diverse talent and experience. We have deliberately not included pre-requisite experience or qualifications for this role. Bank of America has extensive learning resources and you will be supported to ensure your knowledge and skillset is developed in the role.

**Desired Job Skills**
- The ability to adjust your communication style and technique to have the greatest impact on your audience, regardless of seniority or position within the firm.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools, including a deep knowledge of MS Excel features and the ability to generate and produce high quality reports, analysis, and presentations.
- Effective time management and organizational skills, including the ability to assess multiple competing demands and reprioritise accordingly.
