**Responsibilities**:

- Content - Keep on top of China news and cultural trends, be the first to know, the first to see and hear, be our eyes and ears on everything China. Then use this knowledge to ideate and create content to inform our audience on various platforms.
- Newsletter - Own Qumin and Dao Insights newsletters and execute CRM strategies.
- Awards - Maintain and update awards calendar, manage deadlines and help the entry process.
- Events - Identify and drive participation of key external events and collaborations for Qumin.
- Clients - Occasional support on client work for the wider agency.
- Office management - Assist with BBQs, Christmas party, Chinese New Year, Birthdays, etc. Manage external/internal communications for major festivals (CNY, Mid-autumn festival, Christmas).

- Creative ideation - Conceive creative execution ideas to drive awareness, extend the reach, and develop communication on behalf of the Qumin brands and for our clients.
- Copywriting - Craft engaging, on-brand copy for Social Media content, newsletters, event, and articles
- Visual design - A good eye for design and good image editing (Canva). Staying abreast of new media formats and learning how to incorporate them into campaigns.
- Languages - You’ll need strong and eloquent writing skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
