**German Language - Customer and Sales Support Administrator**

We are looking for a fluent German speaking sales & customer support administrator to join our client who has a growing team based in Portsmouth. You will provide sales and administrative support to customers and the non-office based sales team with a dedicatedportfolio of accounts.

**You will be the first point of contact for our clients the duties will include,**
- Providing an outstanding level of customer service in both English and German languages
- Be responsible for efficiently taking and processing sales orders
- Building relationships with other business team members and clients
- Liaising with our field-based Sales Team to support with a continuous service
- Taking ownership of any customer issues or requests from start to finish

**Key Skills required**:

- Fluent in English & German - both written & spoken
- A team player with a positive can-do attitude.
- Articulate verbal and written skills
- A confident telephone manner and natural rapport with customers
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and have a keen eye for detail
- Proficient computer skills (Word/Excel) and an ability to learn in-house data systems
- Very strong work ethic and happy to work in a small friendly team
- Ability to work under pressure

**Working Hours**

8am - 4pm Monday to Friday

**Salary**

£22,000 - £26,000
