Billing Assistant

Grafton Banks Finance are actively supporting an international client with offices in Guildford, who seek a recent accountancy/finance graduate or AAT studier looking for their first finance role. Reporting into the Billing & Sales Ledger Manager, this is a key role in the business with assisting with the companies cash flow and invoice processes.
Responsibilities may include:
- Creating sales invoices
- Providing supporting documentation for clients and auditors****:
- Managing a timely flow of financial documentation for the billing process (invoices, pro-forma’s etc.)
- Manage any invoice discrepancies and respond to any enquiries
- Reviewing any pending billing to ensure invoices are being raised in a timely manner
- Ad hoc support across the billing and wider finance team
- Strong knowledge of billing and general accounting procedures
- Confident Excel user
- Recent accountancy/finance graduate or AAT studier
Please note this role will offer hybrid working, with 3 days in office and 2 days WFH.
