Our client, a successful boutique events company, based in Marlow is seeking a highly organised, professional and competent PA.

Working within a close-knit team this role will be working across live, hybrid and virtual global events whilst providing full administrative support to the Director.

This is a busy and varied role, working 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, fully office based. Salary £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience. This role is to start on or before 1st August.

Duties to include:

- Supporting all event delivery from brief to completion
- Assisting the Director with full administrative support
- Working closely with internal project teams
- Supporting with proposals and undertaking venue sourcing, flight options and event research
- Attending site visits and assisting with writing up site visit reports
- Delegate management - creating, managing and editing websites and registration forms, creating and sending invites, booking travel, booking accommodation, sending joining instructions and being the main point of contact for all delegate queries
- Supporting all print management briefings including working with a Graphic Designer and managing various print suppliers
- Supporting with budget management
- General event administration
- General office administration to include bookkeeping and processing invoices and payments
- Preparation of PowerPoint Presentations
- Attending virtual and face-to-face client meetings, writing notes and action logs
- Diary management
- Occasionally assisting the Director with personal tasks e.g., collecting dry cleaning, booking holidays etc.

Skills and experience:

- Previous experience working in a busy PA role
- Experience in events co-ordination would be beneficial, but not essential
- Highly organised and conscientious with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Personable, flexible and happy to get stuck in
