Due to increased workloads our Finance Team require a Treasury Executive to work out of our Marlow Head office.

**The role**
- Regular payment runs to vendors and employees.
- Process ad-hoc payment requests for urgent payments.
- Preparation of cashflow forecasting.
- Allocating payments including direct debits, payment runs, refunds and cheques.
- Reconciling the bank and bank statements.
- Expenses, setting up new employees for expenses.
- Allocating payments from the bank onto the SAP system.
- Running the regular and ad hoc payments runs for all vendors and employees.
- Credit Card payments.
- Preparing and analysing the cashflow report and commenting on significant variances.
- Assist the Treasury manager in preparation of direct debit mandates.
- Reconciliation if the bank and bank statements to ensure all payments are allocated and identifiable.
- Review treasury policy and processes and update accordingly.
- Audit all employee expense claims in line with the expense policy.
- Housekeeping and updating a current direct debit listing in SAP.
- Full reconciliation of DD accounts and assisting AP in statement reconciliations.
- Ensuring vendor queries are dealt with on a timely basis.

**The person**
- Hands on experience within an accounts department.
- Experience with bank reconciliations and month end processes and deadlines.
- Excellent numeracy skills and understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Detail orientated and organised with the ability to work accurately and methodically.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Interpersonal skills (ability to interact and empathize with the rest of the organisation)
- Systems aptitude (SAP / BASWARE literate) and Excel.
- Highly motivated individual that works well in a team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with counterparts in other key functional disciplines.
- Proven relationship development skills.
- Unquestioned integrity, values, ethics, and trustworthiness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
