Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Senior Administrator in Carmarthen.

Our client is a boutique wealth management who work closely with an Accountancy firm, offering individuals across West Wales advice on Investments, Pensions, Mortgages, Protections and more. They are looking to bring on a Senior Administrator who will be on hand to provide administration support to the Adviser and be the first point of contact for clients. The firm are happy to provide training but are looking for an Administrator who has worked in a professional working environment.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Meeting preparation
- Being the first point of contact for clients
- Database management
- Sending out letters of Authority
- Liaising with product providers
- General administration

**Skills and experience required**:

- Experience working a professional, client facing administration role
- Experience with the above duties
