A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Special Works Operative for a small, friendly facilities services business in Telford. The role will report to the Team Leader.

Working hours per week: 40hrs per week

Working Days: Various Mon-Sat (allocated in accordance with WTR)

Working Times: Various, start time from 6am

Rate of Pay: £9.40 - £14 per hour

Location: Telford

Job Status: Permanent

Purpose of Role

To provide a specialist cleaning service to our clients, ensuring a first class Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Undertake all aspects of specialist cleaning, including but not limited to the following:

- Specialist Cleaning Tasks
- Jet Washing
- Window Cleaning
- Strip and Seals
- High level Cleaning
- Operate machinery and tools within health and safety guidelines.
- Using cleaning chemicals within COSHH guidelines.

Skills and Attributes
- Ability to adhere to standards and procedures.
- Ability to work to own initiative.
- Good interpersonal skills.

Qualifications and Experience
- Great communication skills and customer service
- UK Driving license
- CSCS, IPAF + PASMA qualifications are desirable but not Essential.
- Have a basic understanding of mobile phone technology to ensure that work activity is properly recorded.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
