Your Role as a Supervisor

In this role, you'll work closely with the Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our industrial laundry facility, ensuring a safe and productive environment for your team. You'll receive support and guidance from both the management team and your fellow colleagues as you work your way through a tailored training and development programme.

Once your training is complete, you'll be responsible for running a shift working with a small team of production operators to maintain the high standards of quality, quantity, and service that our customers expect. This is a fantastic opportunity to fast-track your career and develop as an individual.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Production Manager with daily operational challenges to ensure smooth operations
  • Train operators on processes safely and in accordance with company policies
  • Monitor and exceed daily production targets
  • Ensure the timely completion of production units with a focus on quality and KPI achievement
  • Maintain cleanliness and handle housekeeping duties, including the outside yard area
  • Be responsible for start-up in the morning and shut down in the evening, depending on your shift
