We are looking for a part time kitchen assistant to join our team at The Clarence Cafe Bar in Hinckley town centre.

We hire on attitude not just skills and we are looking for someone who fits our family photo and wants to join us on the next part of our journey.

We serve an array of real ales and keg beers all from independent breweries sourced both locally and nationally which means having a good knowledge and most importantly, an interest in different styles of real ales.

We also offer a range of cocktails and spirits and looking to create an exclusive club culture.

In addition, we offer delicious food and a selection of cold and hot beverages in the day time.

The job role includes but is not limited to:

- Assisting the Cook with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, and chopping fruit, vegetables, poultry, and meat.
- Sweeping and mopping the kitchen floors as well as wiping down kitchen walls.
- Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
- Preparing areas for service.
- Help in stock take and inventory.
