Culinary Support Staff Contract (Bank)

Key Duties - Perform tasks within the kitchen in line with the established work schedule, including:

  • Assisting in food preparation.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen area, including equipment and appliances.
  • Receiving, inspecting, and securely storing kitchen supplies.
  • Comprehending and applying safe food handling practices.
  • Implementing cleaning protocols for various surfaces and equipment.
  • Ensuring that all areas are well-presented and kept in optimal condition.
  • Adhering to safe working practices across a variety of tasks.
  • Being aware of personal responsibilities related to Health and Safety regulations.
  • Conducting oneself in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
  • Promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Communicating with management regarding the supply and quality of items necessary for tasks.
