**Location **Remote First - principally home based with some travel across Sunderland

**Salary** £25,664 + excellent benefits

**Hours** 35 hours per week (flexible working)

**Status** Fixed Term to 31st March 2025

**Closing date** 23 April 2024

Are you a passionate person who aspires to build positive relationships, inspire positive change, and make a real difference in lifting people out of poverty?

As a Wellbeing Co-Ordinator, you will develop and organise a range of activities and services to support their engagement and improve their social inclusion and overall wellbeing to include social activities, community-based group activities and physical activity groups to improve physical health.

You will have the ability to engage with mentors and customers, communicate with passion, kindness and support the partnership to deliver on operational objectives and engage with the hardest to reach customers.

Being able to work collaboratively across multiple streams is a must for this role.

You will also be effective with the use of technology and key software packages such as CRM systems and MS Office 365.
