- Wir suchen für unseren Kunden, ein aufstrebendes Unternehmen in der Fitness und Wellness Branche, einen Customer Service Administrator (w/m/d) für den deutschsprachigen Raum.**Dein neuer Job**
- Erster Ansprechpartner für Kund:innen
- Bearbeiten und Beantworten von Kundenanfragen per Telefon und E-Mail
- Proaktive Mithilfe bei der Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung des Kundenservices
- Bearbeiten von Kundenbestellungen und Beratung bei Beschwerden
- Aufbau von Kundenbeziehungen
**Deine Qualifikationen**
- Freude am Kundenkontakt
- Kommunikative und positive Persönlichkeit
- Lösungsorientierte und flexible Herangehensweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Customer Service oder mit Bestellsystemen von Vorteil
- Gute EDV Kenntnisse
